I am not a coach who has always been naturally skinny or hit the genetic lottery with a small waist and big glutes. I understand what it's like to struggle, because I have been in your shoes and know how it feels to want to blame genetics or circumstances. You won't need to keep anything from me on your fitness journey because there's a high chance I have been there too. If a regular person like me can achieve their fitness goals, anyone can. You can do this.

To anyone considering online coaching, I want this to be the last time you “restart” your fitness journey. This is going to be the time that we get it right. We are going to stick to a meal plan full of foods that don’t taste or look like diet foods. It is essential to me that you enjoy the foods you eat while losing fat. This is a fitness journey that I want you to fall in love with. On top of that, I want you to learn how to carry on your fitness journey without me one day.
